Description

The Director of Franchise Recruitment will play a key role in leading the national growth of Scooter's Coffee franchise by recruiting highly capable franchisees ideal for both single and multi-unit franchise development. They will manage all activities from initial contact to structuring agreements and closing deals. The Director of Franchise Recruitment will make effective use of leads generated from their existing network, franchise marketing channels, referrals, and industry resources to identify targets and close deals.

Location

Scooter's Coffee Headquarters, Omaha, NE (remote working arrangements available as well)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own full life cycle of identifying franchisees, from initial contact to qualification to close
  • Eagerly seek out and identify franchisee candidates via sales - phone, networking, referrals, social media, road shows and our lead generation marketing partners
  • Build and cultivate relationships with franchisee candidates as a trusted advisor, educating candidates on the Scooter's franchise model and building trust
  • Strategically prioritize activities to optimize recruiting efforts
  • Track all sales activities via CRM system
  • Collaborate internally to asses marketing efforts as it relates to lead generation
  • Abide by all state, federal, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales & disclosure information
  • Strategically plan and participate in relevant franchise industry conventions


Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of performance based sales and franchise recruiting experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Understanding of franchise business fundamentals, unit-level operations, franchise best practices and ideal franchise owners
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and motivate others
  • Strong industry network and stellar reputation
  • Demonstrated track record for exceeding franchise sales and recruiting goals
  • Strong organizational, project management, written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive, assertive and polished leader with a relentless pursuit
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 25%)
  • Demonstrated alignment with Scooter's Culture and Core Values
  • Good time management and critical thinking skills
