Your key job responsibilities as the French (European) speaking Recruitment Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

• Research, identify, source and screen talent for client(s)
• Accountable to support recruiters efforts to attract and identify top talent for key opportunities to meet clients contractual commitments and service level agreements
• Responsible to work in an efficient, high quality, timely, cost effective manner, using a continuous improvement approach

Requirements for this French (European) speaking Recruitment Specialist job in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Must be fluent in French Only French speakers from European countries will be considered
• Minimum of 1 year of working in an in-house or agency research/sourcing role
• At least 3 years working within a recruitment environment, ideally in a sourcing role
• Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner; to manage expectations
• Independent, self-directed, collaborative and highly professional in all forms of communication
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative and energetic person with a sense of urgency
• Strong relationship builder
