SUMMARY
Partner Engineering & Science has an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be onsite, located in Eatontown, NJ, and reporting to the Executive Director of People and Culture, will be responsible for providing national full-cycle recruiting of multi-level positions in engineering, technology, operations, construction, administration, and management. This candidate will be responsible for creatively sourcing slates of technical and professional candidates and creating great candidate experiences. The candidate will bring a positive and enthusiastic approach as they effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in high-quality hires in a timely manner. They will act as a guide and coach to hiring managers and will apply strong negotiation and persuasion skills throughout the process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Support company-wide full life-cycle recruitment of talent, from identifying talent, conducting phone / in-person interviews, facilitating hiring team interviews, and onboarding.
- Source slates of talent for various roles company-wide including technical/engineering, professional, and support positions.
- Build and develop new applicant sources by researching and contacting trade organizations, associations, colleges, and internet job boards.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring, including but not limited to opening and routing requisitions, coordinating / scheduling interviews, processing background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.
- Educate and sell candidates on the opportunity and Partner as an employer of choice.
- Continually document all candidate conversations with detailed information regarding their candidacy in Applicant Tracking System (UltiPro).
- Regularly utilize and evaluate diverse sourcing methods including internet sites, employee referrals, networking forums, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal employment laws.
- Manage 20 - 30 open positions on average.
- Track recruitment metrics to benchmark cost and efficiency; provide recommendations for improved ROI.
- This is an onsite position in our Torrance location.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent phone and interviewing skills to correctly assess candidate qualifications in both technical and non-technical subjects.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Strong negotiating and selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management within the organization and externally.
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written and verbal skills including the ability to develop written communications with a focus on employer branding and candidate attraction.
- Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task, follow through and prioritize workload.

- Ability to work with managers to understand hiring needs by practice and region based on workload and existing supply of talent
- Utilize recruitment-related metrics to understand ROI, and to continually improve product delivery (e.g. cycle-time, customer satisfaction)
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience in both Corporate environment and agency.
- Experience hiring technical and non-technical positions.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficiency in HRIS software a must, Ultimate Software a plus.
- Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams preferred).
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategy including employer brand promotion.
- Experience developing out-of-the-box strategy/sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates and fill difficult positions, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Strong consulting, client management, and persuasion skills
- Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Works well in fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and at times, high ambiguity and uncertainty
- The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
