EMSL Analytical, Inc., one of the largest environmental testing firms in the U.S., is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist at our Corporate Headquarters located in Cinnaminson, NJ. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR team with a variety of benefits and payroll related tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the human resources department.
Conduct new hire orientations in person or via phone and ensure training is completed by employees.
Assist in the administration of benefits programs, policies, procedures, open enrollment and employee inquiries.
Assist with payroll for the U.S. and Canada
Assist with Leave of Absence paperwork and needed follow up.
Conduct exit interviews and report themes to management.
Assist with rolling out company/Human Resources initiatives.
Other duties or projects may be assigned within the department.

Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent.
Two to three years' experience in Human Resources or Human Resources Generalist role.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise judgment and initiative, and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to handle confidential material and maintain confidence.
Must possess good written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and computational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in typing and in MS Office.

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., extra hours may be required based on the business need.
