Business Development Manager

B Safe Security is Expanding! We are looking to add a talented and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to add to our growing team in Toms River, NJ!

You will be responsible for successfully leveraging our innovative home and business security solutions to build long lasting relationships with customers. Duties for this position include strategic territory and account development, tactical execution of the sales development plan, identifying and properly qualifying new business opportunities, presenting to decision makers, coordinating/preparing needs analysis/scoping initiatives, preparing formal proposals, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.

The successful candidate must be a proven self-starter, with strong business development background, and the ability to act independently.

Qualifications:

  • High school Education or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • 2+ years outside sales experience (Preferred)
  • Security and/or Life Safety sales experience a plus
  • Be proficient in the following computer programs: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Sedona Sales

Working Conditions:

· Territory travel required
