Our teams pride themselves on timely and accurate equipment deliveries and pick-ups. We are looking for ambitious heavy equipment CDL drivers to uphold our reputation as the equipment rental company with the best customer service available. Our drivers are an integral part of our customers' equipment rental experience. We trust drivers to give customers a positive experience that makes them fans of EquipmentShare for life. This position operates primarily within the market area and seldom requires overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and deliver heavy-duty equipment between lenders and renters using EquipmentShare-owned vehicles
• Safely transport equipment and materials to/from job sites
• Assist with operating equipment (when applicable and if qualified)
• Ensure equipment delivery and pick-up is safe, efficient and professional
• Serve as an advocate for the EquipmentShare culture, brand and customer service reputation
• Inspect loads for safety standards and regulatory standards
• Serve as an expert in using and navigating our telematics platform and technology, Track
• Work in various weather conditions and be comfortable working on feet for most, if not all, of the work day

Skills And Qualifications

• Class "A" or Class 1 Commercial License
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• A clean, good driving record
• Strong desire to carry out safety policies and procedures
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
• Applicants hired must successfully complete employment verifications, background checks and a drug test.
