DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
The HR Technology Analyst will work closely with the Director, HR Technology & Analytics as a key member of the HR Technology and Analytics team. Critical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: preparation of periodic HR reports, analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other related human resources computer applications and systems. This role will design, develop and modify the Firm's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to suit organizational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

* Maintain the HRIS system including site design and layout, content, visual presentation, and user experience
* Collaborate with HR business process leaders on an ongoing basis to document system requirements that drive system development and implementation, including the development of SOPs as applicable
* Plan, review, and recommend training programs to HR department; develop required supplemental training materials, and evaluate appropriate delivery method such as e-learning, self-study, or classroom training; update/enhance existing programs as required
* Liaise regularly with management to review requests for projects, highlight issues, and present viable solutions
* Develop comprehensive reports and analyze data from the HR systems for management reporting and HR support; provide recommendations on what information can be included based on knowledge of available information and reporting capabilities
* Proactively conduct workflow analysis and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency and use of HR technology
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
* Establish and maintain vendor relations for related systems
* Responsible for data integrity, including trouble-shooting and overall quality assurance of all data
* Administer the distribution of the Wage Theft Prevention Act ("WTPA") forms to all active employees in New York and Washington D.C.
* Oversee the Firm's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)
* Responsible for running and analyzing reports used to file the Firm's EEO-1 Federal and California filings
* Manage and/or coordinate multiple assignments and projects with cross-functional teams and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

* 5 plus years of experience in HRIS systems (i.e. UKG, Workday)
* Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
* Comprehensive experience with Data Analytics, including advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
* Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, be flexible, handle highly confidential information appropriately, and have exceptional attention to detail
* Must possess a combination of strategic and critical thinking skills, collaboration skills, and strong analytical ability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of subject matter experts and managers
* Aptitude for working effectively in a team setting as well as independently
* Must be capable of operating with tact and discretion and maintain utmost confidentiality of personnel information
* Proficiency for handling requests across multiple sources and to work effectively across teams
* Experience working with APIs and troubleshooting issues
* Strong query, reporting, and analytical skills
* Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including ability to prioritize project tasks, manage risks/issues, and communicate status

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of five years of relevant experience in HR data reporting and planning, predictive modeling and HR analytics, HR metrics preferred
* Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide business systems is preferred
* Knowledge of federal and state laws that affect HR policies and procedures, including EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory/compliance laws is preferred
* Familiarity with applicant tracking software a plus

REQUIRED EDUCATION

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
