VP of Growth Marketing - Bilingual

Position Description:

As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing and converting leads to customers once they've landed on our website or downloaded our app. You will grow the company's revenue base by working at the intersection of business, technology, big data, analytics, and marketing. You will have accountability for the performance and analysis of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO, retargeting, affiliate marketing as well as funnel optimization. You will work with Finhabits' executive team to set long-term growth strategies and guide the company's growth trajectory to new inflection points.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with key teams across the company to determine KPIs and execute the roadmap for Finhabits' short- and long-term growth plans.
  • Partner with creative and content marketing teams for optimization and ongoing growth.
  • Develop the growth marketing strategy and define the appropriate mix of campaign elements to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage budgets and measure the impact of all growth experiments by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards that track the states and thresholds related to each experiment.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company's growth strategy.
  • Determine the KPIs and build the dashboards that each functional area of the Growth Marketing Team needs to execute effectively in the context of the larger functional goals.
  • Develop, execute and optimize campaigns and channel strategy across App Install, Video, Display, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Own marketing operations including the marketing tech stack, analytics and reporting.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience growing revenue at scale via performance marketing within a Direct-to-Consumer company. Preferred experience scaling a company to more than $30M in annual revenue volume.
  • You must know how to quantitatively analyze and optimize marketing programs and growth initiatives by knowing the Finhabits user at its best.
  • A lean, data-driven, process and KPI-oriented mentality is critical. You must be an extremely quick, strategic thinker with experience interacting with highly analytical teams.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English. You must deliver regular updates to the team (successes, challenges, and needs).
  • You must be open minded, a team player, and have a commitment to advance racial equity in underserved communities.
