Job description

This person will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting including: building strong partnerships with hiring managers, developing strategic recruiting plans and job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and closing candidates for positions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Guide internal hiring managers and provide professional and expert consultation with regard to the hiring process and the market for talent
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth process through offer and candidate close
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Drive offer process including extending offers and partnering with hiring managers to close candidates
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques as well as creating new ones in order to be competitive in recruiting practices
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • College degree preferred; 2-year degree required
Respon sibilities:
  • Data analysis, detail-oriented, problem investigation and resolution
  • Proactive recruitment of passive candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly energetic self-starter and strong ability to work independently
