Here at Strategic Systems, Inc, we have been experiencing exceptional growth and expansion. Due to this, we are currently seeking to add additional talent to our team. We're currently looking for Business Development Manager in the Columbus, Ohio area.

What will be expected:



  • Develop business in assigned territory through lead generation, prospecting and networking (in-person and virtually).
  • Engage new and existing clients to generate contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the opportunities move through the hiring process as seamlessly as possible.
  • Cold calling & prospecting to generate leads. Onsite visits will be required. Utilize social media to its fullest potential to generate quality leads.
  • Ensure all data regarding sales activities and position information is correctly documented in Strategic's Systems
  • Negotiating new contracts with clients - including amendments and extensions


What is required:



  • Minimum of 2 years of client relationship and/or sales experience with a focus in the staffing industry
  • Previous experience in Staffing Solutions or Business to Business Sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
