Operations Manager

As the managers of more than 65 multifamily apartment communities, over 4,500 units as well as 950 mobile home pads, Sundance focuses on providing exceptional service driven by the family values that have come to define the company.

Sundance Property Management is currently seeking a full time Operations Manager in Cincinatti, Ohio.

Pay: $50-$60/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with all parties involved in onboarding new properties and acquisitions.
  • Respond to external and internal sources with interactions, correspondence, and/or other messaging, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • A qualified candidate will support company executives in managing all aspects of a real estate portfolio, including marketing, operations and logistic activities.
  • Create timelines and follow-up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released.
  • Handle correspondence and internal communications across multiple channels.
  • Serves as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and visitors as required. Stays apprised and on top of the team's ongoing deals and pitches.
  • Facilitate efficient flow of information and document management by collecting, reviewing, analyzing, processing, generating and distributing complex and/or confidential data, business documents, reports, and various business correspondence.
  • Site visits and property inspections.
  • Perform detailed reviews of property operating histories, broker packages, tenant leases, physical site inspections, etc.
  • Vendors and Contractors Liaison- be a point of contact, set up service visits, check on the end result.
  • Support HR with onboarding new operational staff members.
  • Use templates to produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, proposals, maps, etc.
  • Prepare rent analyses, maps and graphs for potential acquisition targets.
  • Perform analysis for assigned acquisition projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Conduct market surveys, obtaining relevant market and submarket data for target properties, including population and job growth, crime statistics, etc.
  • Some travel required to manage onboarding and new acquisitions.
  • Directly reports to COO.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent required . Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the property management industry
