What You'll Do:
The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day duties relating to all phases of the employee life cycle including recruitment and onboarding, employee data management and support, compliance, reporting, and record keeping. This is an ideal position for an HR professional who wants to be part of a fast-moving dynamic work environment, who is looking to make a positive impact. This person must be highly organized with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding/I9 Compliance/TNC
  • Department Filing
  • Regularly Circulate employees' surveys
  • Prepare state Separation Documents as required
  • Server Permit tracking
  • New Hire reporting
  • Unemployment paperwork
  • Ensure Compliance posters for each new and existing location
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with Phone Screens as needed
  • Other duties as needed
  • Knowledge of I9 requirements
Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR department
  • Knowledge of I9 requirements
Compensation:
  • $19-$21 per hour
