Union Savings Bank has an immediate opening for a QUALIFIED MORTGAGE PROCESSOR at our Dublin, OH office.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience, required

· Experience working with Microsoft Office application and Calyx processing system, preferred

· Working knowledge of FHLMC guidelines

· Working knowledge of required loan documentation and its purpose

· Experience reviewing and evaluating title reports, credit reports and appraisals

· Strong communication and customer service skills, required

· Excellent data entry and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail

· Requires accuracy and the ability to coordinate and prioritize workday efficiently

· Experience working in a fast, team environment
