Position Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment and job placement activities of organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists in evaluating the organization's policies for recruitment, selection and job placement.
  • Develops sources for recruitment of qualified applicants.
  • Coordinates advertising efforts.
  • Coordinates job fair schedules and attends the same.
  • Maintains site staffing requirements on weekly basis.
  • Administers tests, checks references and conducts screening interviews.
  • Evaluates applicant qualifications through on-site interview process and review of test results.
  • Assures applicant meets all legal qualifications prior to hire.
  • Establishes additional interviews of qualified applicants with appropriate site leaders or staff.
  • Arranges for initial orientation of newly hired associates.
  • Maintains data of job requirements, statistical data for recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
  • Follows all company and local work rules, safety rules and policies, BOS work instructions and SAP standards and activities.
  • Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated in the context of the interview process and verifiable references.
  • Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by pre-hire or pre-promotion screening, testing and transcripts.
  • Ability to communicate and effectively present information with all levels of job classes within the company.
