Front Desk Agent

The front desk team assists guests from the time they book a reservation to the moment a bill is presented at check out.

Strong customer service experience and skills are required.

The front desk is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests by phone and in person, assigning rooms, collecting payment and assisting with luggage if requested. Ensuring the guest experience is positive and memorable from start to finish whether booking a reservation by phone or in person is required of each front desk agent.

The agent should have knowledge of the area, and be able to offer recommendations if requested as well as being able to utilize a computer, phones and copiers.

Shifts are 7-3 and 3-11. Weekends required.

Knowledge of OnQ or Opera preferred.
