The Role and Responsibilities
1. Set overall sales strategy for North America, to align with company sales and market strategy and business objectives. The role need to organize and implement the whole sales and marketing plan, and lead the team to delivery sales results;
2. Lead the team to find and develop potential customers in the North American region, and responsible for the rapid increase of regional market share;
3. Organize and lead the team to achieve the company sales target in the region, handle and solve the sales problems;
4. Deeply understand the electronic measurement and testing industry, correctly positioning the company's product in the market, knows the competitive strategy of the measurement and test industry, and provide the decision-making basis for the company's business development strategy;
5. Managing regional sales team working plan and talent development, as well as sales performance evaluation, and training and coaching etc;
6. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments in the company's headquarters.
Qualifications of the Role
1. Bachler degree and above, majored in science and engineering-related. Fluent both in writing and oral in English and Chinese communication;
2. Familiar with the electronics-related industries, more than10 years of sales experience, more than 5 years of team (more than10 people) management experience;
3. Has the experience of set regional marketing center (branch) is preferred, has the sales experience for average order value around 15,000 USD of industrial products;
4. With experience in managing international distribution channels, able to set distribution policies, and has the ability to deploy policies;
5. The candidate is able to take challenges, innovate, accountable for result, reflection and willing to out of the comfortable zone.
