Position Summary

Tyndale Advisors Marketing is seeking an individual to provide office management, administrative, operations and project support. This position provides a strong foundation for gaining subject matter expertise, real-world marketing experience and professional development in our industry.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with office management and clerical duties as needed; provide administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage all office equipment, supplies, and inventory, maintain office appearance.
  • Coordinate contracts and vendor management, and associated client rebilling.
  • Support weekly & monthly payroll and expenses processing; provide HR assistance.
  • Engage teammates, clients, vendors and other associates in-person, via email, video and online chat to execute duties, provide customer service and project coordination.
  • Provide administrative support as needed in support of client projects and invoicing.
  • Provide support as directed by Brand Manager Team Lead.
  • Assist with report and presentation preparation.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience working in office admin, marketing, project management or customer service is desired but not required as we are willing to train entry level applicants.
  • Requires the ability to work with all levels of internal and external management and staff candidly and effectively.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate tasks and project timelines with multiple team members, handle multiple vendors/partner and work in a high paced, technology-based environment.
  • Strong competency in various software programs including office productivity, project management, proofing, collaboration/web conferencing, and other applications.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment both off and on-site.
  • Has interest and familiarity with digital and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and others.
  • College degree is required.
