Job Description

As a Commercial Property Evaluation Reviewer in our RETECHS department you will review all types of commercial real estate evaluations completed by independent third-party evaluation and appraisal firms. These evaluations are used by bank personnel for collateral value documentation. Your responsibilities also include making recommendations regarding the validity of these reports and ensuring that all the compliance conditions of the evaluations are met.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to ten years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Seven to ten years of applicable experience in real estate appraisal activities
- Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

- State Real Estate Appraiser certification
- Successful completion of advanced appraisal courses offered by the Appraisal Institute
- Thorough knowledge of legal requirements regarding real estate appraisals and use of evaluations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
