Responsibilities

• Please Note: This is commission based pay schedule
• Arrive at work each day with a positive attitude and a commitment to accomplish your goals in accordance with our team and client objectives.
• Commit daily to lead generation - Reach out to your database and ours to nurture leads.
• Engage in consistent lead follow-up to grow our sales pipeline.
• Constantly improve your communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. We take great care of our clients, and this needs to be one of your passions, too.
• Oversee the entire client experience. From your first meeting to the close of the deal, ensure quick, seamless, and exemplary service.
• Promote sales through advertising, marketing, open houses, social media, and listing services.
• Become a local expert - Keep up with local neighborhoods and answer client questions about specific geographies served by our team.
• Be ready to learn! Our team puts a strong emphasis on training and growth. It is vital that you are excited about personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associates/bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Driven, self-motivated and eager for professional growth
• Proven record of sales experience and success is preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to get Oregon Real Estate license within 30 days of being hired.

$45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
