This position will be responsible for reducing variation of Power Systems product cost from GSC Plants to enhance Front End decision making. The new positions will be responsible for transforming our processes to continually bring cost visibility to the front office for all products in Power Systems and well as configured products for Home and Distribution through the SE Advantage Portal. The position will be responsible for creating ongoing process updates and communicate them through stakeholders defined below.

Ideal Candidate would be an engineering or finance professional that wants to gain cross functional experience and a desire for a leadership role in the future. The position will report directly to VP - Power Systems Operations. This individual will interface with Power Systems Controller, Plant Controllers, Offer Marketing and the Pricing Team to coordinate the process of updating CCO system costs on an ongoing basis. The individual will have to have an understanding of plant controlling processes, and expert in Excel, and ability to communicate and lead across multiple functions.

• Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required (preferred in an Finance)
• Applicable 5-10 years' experience required
