Job description

Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for Customer Support personnel in Aliquippa, PA

Job Output:
The primary outputs of this position are the accurate and timely execution of the PSI Capture processes for our client. In addition, this position is responsible for distributing the daily invoices, small parcel order handling for the company's retail and OEM business as designated.

Responsibilities: Transmit invoices to customers via email, fax and US mail as required and maintain invoicing list with appropriate changes
Complete Invoicing in customer web portals as required
Manage EDI order processing for designated small parcel orders (hd.com, etc)
Support colleagues during periods of absence, and provide support to the Customer Support Manager Provide freight quotations
Respond to inventory availability questions
Track shipments
Follow-up on issues related to EDI order processing

Actively participate in customer support team meetings to review specific customer issues and solutions to ensure best practices.
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills/Attributes Required: Understand and demonstrate proper Customer Support protocol

Strong business judgement and ability to make sound business decisions in service of the ARDEX Distributor

Order processing and invoicing experience required
Ability to independently and quickly address and resolve problems and needed actions
Ability to process high volumes of data while retaining 100% accuracy
Working knowledge of SAP and SAP processes or other integrated accounting system is highly desirable
Working knowledge of EDI, Outlook email, MS Word and MS Excel
Knowledge of shipping process
Detail oriented and able to sustain high levels of accuracy
Ability to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
High emphasis on customer service
Positive, professional and solution driven attitude
Ability to work independently while retaining a strong team work ethic

The ability to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The ability to frequently sit and reach with hands and arms. The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
