Human Resource Manger up to $95k!

Job Details for Human Resource Manager:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: Up to $95k per year, depending upon experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resource Manager

  • Day to day employee relations
  • Produce all payroll/ensure proper payroll tax filings: MUST have payroll experience
  • Reconcile benefit invoices
  • Maintain proper HR files
  • Recruiting: Interviews/enhance new hire orientation
  • Produce all worker's compensation claims
  • Assist with OSHA requirements
  • Employment verification and background checks/drug testing

Job Requirements for Human Resource Manager:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR manager
  • Experience in HRIS
  • MUST have payroll experience
