Job description

We are hiring a Residential Property Manager for a large real estate company in Philadelphia! This role is responsible for the overall management of maintenance department and will be financially accountable for the operation of the Maintenance and Housekeeping of all properties within the portfolio, ensuring it remains within the approved budget, while simultaneously providing the residents/owners with the maximum value spent.

• Recommend and maintain a network of highly effective and competitive service contractors and manages ongoing maintenance budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of any related service calls and this role is part of a larger coordinated effort that fully integrates ongoing improvements for the portfolio and ensures best practices are constantly updated.
• This role also holds responsibility for understanding key business drivers and developing both short and long-term service and maintenance related strategies based on sound financial and operational needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
