Search Engine Optimization Specialist Job Description

Logue Family Holdings is seeking a tech-savy SEO Specialist to join our growing team in our Warminster, PA headquarters. LFH is the proud owner of ThermOmegaTech - a leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic temperature control technology, TJM Electronics - an electronic contract manufacturer specializing in PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly, and BBQ Guru a leading manufacturer of BBQ temperature controllers for charcoal grills and smokers.

The SEO Specialist will partner with the existing internal marketing and business development teams to develop and execute a complete marketing plan to influence potential customers and increase sales growth. The role is responsible for optimizing content and monitoring user engagement across all company websites to increase sales. To be a successful SEO Specialist, you should have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic across all company websites
  • On-site optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
  • Developing and implementing external link building strategies
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
  • Executing strategies for content development and landing pages in coordination with SEO goals and best practices
  • Providing SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
  • Implementing and tracking UTMs for all marketing campaigns (i.e., digital ads, emails, social media, print, etc.)
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website analytics usually tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Collaborating with marketing team members on the execution of marketing strategies
  • Keeping the team up to date on the latest SEO tools and marketing trends for B2B


Candidate Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or another related field preferred
  • 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for B2B preferred
  • Understanding of SEO guidelines, analysis, tracking/reporting tools, algorithms, ranking factors
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Expertise in Google and Bing Search Consoles
  • Experience working with WordPress sites
  • Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Moz
  • Have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other programming languages as they relate to SEO
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong team player, willing to pitch in wherever needed
