Responsibilities:

- Produce from incoming and outgoing telephone activity:

• 30-40 confirmed appointments scheduled per day
• Number of outgoing calls per day: 90-100
• Obtain new customers and raise CSI per company target
• Create good public relations consistent with effective use of time lines
• Follow the directions of the service management team

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Upbeat, positive, "smile" on phone
• Able to handle heavy phone contact
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Vested interest in dealership success
• Ability to work in a process driven work environment
• Dealership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
