Job description

Reporting to Head of HR - Americas and working closely with the HR Director in Europe, business leaders, and site HR teams. The Recruiter will be responsible for implementing best practices and drive recruitment initiatives, identify top talent, talent sourcing, and related HR activities. This is a remote position that can be anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Regional HR in all aspects of recruiting for both regions
  • Manage the candidate activity from applying, interviewing, and debrief candidates with HR leaders and hiring managers
  • Utilize recruiting technology to manage candidates through the selection process
  • Execute the transition from recruiting to the hiring process
  • Maintain recruiting activity up to date and readily available
  • Provide ongoing recruiting measurements, and updates to the team
  • Identify and execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business needs of internal and external resources available
  • Remain sensitive to the labor laws and guidelines, related to talent acquisition, during the interview process across both regions
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Role requires and allows flexibility and must act with a sense of urgency
  • Analytical skills and solution-focused
  • Culturally sensitive and able to tolerate ambiguity

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting
  • 4 Year Degree required in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Experience in behavioral interviews
  • Experience recruiting technical talent & highly skilled labor
  • Experience recruiting in a global capacity (specifically the United States and Europe)
  • Able to speak another language (preferably Spanish).
  • General knowledge of HR practices
  • Manufacturing and operations experience
