The Contract Recruiting Coordinator/Interview Scheduler will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for supporting the recruiting function by performing administrative duties related to the onboarding of new hires, reporting and communications. This will be achieved through organization and prioritization of tasks, acting as a brand ambassador for the company, and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring LPL Financial is hiring the best possible talent, operating efficiently, and providing the highest level of service to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Update information in the applicant tracking system while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Assists the Talent Acquisition Partner in driving recruiting strategy for their assigned organizations.
- Proactively evaluates and anticipates staffing needs and implements creative tools to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Partner closely with recruiters to guide candidates through the interview process
- Handles interview logistics including scheduling, logistics, ensuring a stellar candidate experience
- Effectively engage with candidates, managers & employees at all levels to ensure the most positive candidate experience
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday on a daily basis for data capture, candidate scheduling, new requisition request etc.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator/scheduler
- Strong sense of urgency
- Recent High Volume - Coordinating/scheduling experience a MUST.
- High Volume Calendering experience.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and basic reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday
- BA/BS degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of applicable employment law as it relates to recruitment and hiring process
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn, Indeed
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Indeed Rapid Hiring Events
- Experience with Beamery
- BA/BS degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Please note: This role is currently remote until we eventually move back into the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
