PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for coordinating, documenting, and assisting in solving business problems that arise within the Stars and Risk Adjustment department. This position will collaborate with matrix partners across the organization to address business needs through operational, analytics, or otherwise solutions.

This role is Work from home (WFH) which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for coordinating, documenting, and assisting in solving business problems that arise within the Stars and Risk Adjustment department. This position will collaborate with matrix partners across the organization to address business needs through operational, analytics, or otherwise solutions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review intake requests and conduct relevant outreach to business owners for requirement gathering and next step documentation
- Successfully ideate on solutions and execute on the collaborate intervention techniques that are agreed upon between the business and the analyst
- Work with matrix leadership across the organization to successfully prioritize and assist in the execution of business needs
- Seek to actively understand current processes to drive innovations for sustainable and scalable enhancements
- Monitor the Stars and Risk Adjustment Enablement intake system including prioritization, assignment and oversight of work based on team bandwidth
- Responsible for attending regular cadence touch points with direct team and leadership to promote transparency and project progress
- Share metrics and performance with business leaders, identifying key opportunities or process changes required
- Assist in a variety of projects related to the analysis of claims, clinical and financial data, with a focus on improving financial performance and health outcomes
- The ongoing education of industry and project management techniques to grow and evolve as an individual contributor
Summary of Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred, or 3 years minimum management experience
- Medicare STARs-Preferred
- Data analysis experience
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to evaluate, interpret and manipulate data
- Project management and organizational excellence experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver presentations to managers and clinicians
- Strong people management skills
