Department Description
The Global Sales Compensation, GPO Organization is responsible for implementing the corporate initiatives to simplify, standardize, automate, and centralize the compensation tools and processes.

Brief Posting Description
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Detailed Description
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role and effectively manages a team independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 3 plus years relevant work experience.

  • Support project initiatives to maintain acquired company commission payments and integrate related processes into Oracle systems
  • Define business requirements for projects and systems enhancements required to use Oracle's tools for administration
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare training, deliver presentations
  • Communicate detailed project timelines to key stakeholders
  • Work with other Global Process Owner's to automate the collection of data
  • Work with IT to log and track system enhancements
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Partner with Sales & Consulting Operations Integration team to understand go to market strategy
  • Partner with Global Incentive Planning to understand sales planning models
  • Collect divisional compensation requirements
  • Document, communicate, and train the compensation teams on new processes
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators
  • BA/BS, preferably in Business Administration or Operations
  • Three years of professional work experience
  • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and initiate process change
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior sales compensation or finance experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
