The HR Coordinator with AZUMA Leasing must possess considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Summary of essential job functions:

Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.

Full-cycle recruitment process (for all exempt and nonexempt personnel) including, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and closing offers

Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database

Direct reconciliation of HR related invoices

Ensure employment eligibility documentation (I-9) for active employees is current

Scan and retrieve personnel documents/records including HR discipline, payroll documents, and other employment paperwork

Audit administrative functions related to HR including records retention, employment eligibility and other processes

Perform clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of HR information

Job requirements:

A bachelor's degree preferred and/or 1-2 years in Human Resources environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Active listening skills and ability to proactively recommend creative solutions

Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment

Exceptional organizational, problem solving and decision making skills

Previous experience with Microsoft products
