Here's what we need:
Torchy's mission is to be Damn Good, and to accomplish that mission, we need Damn Good people! We're looking for a taco-obsessed, people-oriented and strategic Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager that has a passion for driving the talent acquisition strategy for the organization, leading a team and partnering with hiring managers to find amazing talent. This person is driven by a quickly growing and changing environment and the ability to get creative in spreading the word about why Torchy's is a Damn Good place to work. This is a remote position reporting directly to our Director of Total Rewards.
What you'll be doing:
- Define design, and implement scalable recruiting strategies
- Partner with HR, Operations and hiring managers to establish strategic business objectives and practices that support succession management, build external bench, and support Torchy's Tacos growth plans
- Lead the work of the Talent Acquisition team - ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience at every touch point
- Partner with the People Analytics team to develop recruitment KPIs and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Proactively review programs and processes to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes, practices and programs that attract top candidates
- In partnership with the Marketing team, develop and manage campaigns to increase company awareness and cultivate our employment brand
- Lead in-house headquarter and executive-level interview and selection process and leverage external agencies as appropriate
- Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitor best practices
- Provide ongoing education and training to enable hiring managers and teams to attract and hire top talent
- Manage the recruiting budget and expenses
- Continuously update processes and educate managers on regulatory and statutory requirements (i.e. Equal Employment Opportunity) and hiring best practices
QUE-SO…here's what you'll need:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years progressive Recruiting/Sourcing Experience
- Restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition principles, practices, and procedures, with demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing best practices
- Excellent ATS management skills required
- Demonstrated experience within an innovative, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment
- Sets compelling goals, rallies the team to meet or exceed those goals and drives continuous improvement. Shows tenacity, resilience, and resourcefulness in driving toward goals
- Possesses the utmost personal and professional integrity, acting as an example to those on his/her team and to others within the company.
- Pay range (based on candidate experience): $100,000-$120,000
