The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and mentors NAM Talent Acquisition, building rapport with Hiring Managers, internal and external candidates and the local Team. Ths role drives the culture and performance success from attraction through to onboarding talent. In this role you are curating an environment that fuels a growth mindset and solutions focus as it pertains to the candidate journey and position lifecycle. You're responsible for successfully attracting and filling positions, while supporting the Team to do the same.

What you will be doing

  • Directly manage a small team of Recruiters and TA Coordinators, leading them to success, while cultivating a culture of openness, professionalism, fun, engagement, and accountability.
  • Along with managing others, you'll drive the full-life cycle of assigned open requisitions.
  • As a passionate Recruiter, you'll partner with and advise Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy and attracting top talent for open positions.
  • You will lead intake meetings, get to know the manager, their team dynamics, and the skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into the role, while adding value as an individual and team member.
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment for a variety of openings across NAM, leveraging our TA Coordinators as needed for scheduling, offer letter generation and background check management.
  • Support our employer brand strategy and implement it across our online platforms.
  • Use sophisticated search strategies / candidate direct sourcing techniques to proactively source talent - this should include LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, Headhunting, internal networks/driving referrals and other ethical techniques to uncover passive talent.
  • Focus on building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
  • Lead the screening of applicants, recommend top talent to Hiring Managers, manage the end-to-end interview processes, driving employment value proposition and create a successful candidate experience through to offer and hand-off to onboarding.
  • Take keen interest and ownership of the data/reporting and KPI's for you and the team.
  • Embrace opportunities to participate in TA projects and wider HR team projects.
  • Collaboratively partner with HR Colleagues: Operations, Business Partners and Compensation/Rewards.
  • Seek solutions and work to problem solve as challenges arise that may impede collaboration, recruitment delivery or the team's success.
  • Navigate negotiations involving competitive offers.

Who you are
  • Minimum of 2 years of leading and inspiring others.
  • Minimum 7 years related work experience in an in-house recruiting role - or - 3+ years of in-house corporate experience and 4+ years of agency recruiting expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and filling mid to senior level roles in both general corporate administration, product management, and sales.
  • Technical / Engineering recruiting experience is a plus.
  • A love for mentoring others and lifting people up - interest in a 'growth mindset'.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage a recruiting workload across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management: responsible, collaborative, and communicative.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in technology companies.
  • Experience with ATS software.
