Overall Purpose: This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies in order to solve Solution Providers strategic business goals. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Identifies and recruits new Solution Providers by leveraging marketing leads, self-generated leads and or attending events/trade shows.

Responsible for development of new Solution Providers and/or enabling an existing Solution Provider to resale AT&T Mobility and IOT solutions. During discovery this individual will help the Solution Provider understand the roles and responsibilities to join the program while identifying and closing the first opportunity and eventually transitioning the account to an account manager for ongoing maintenance and service. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques, demonstrates strong understanding of AT&T s Wireline, Wireless and IOT solutions and how those solutions can integrate into a Solution Providers network. This job key applies to employees who spend more than 50% of their time performing duties directly related to making sales away from their offices at a customers place of business or home.

Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.

Education: Typically requires a Bachelors degree.

Experience: Typically requires 8 to 10 years direct work experience.
