SquarePeg is a fast-growing start-up in the recruitment tech space. We are a small but very passionate team looking for a Client Success Manager and Recruiting Specialist who can help identify great candidates, and communicate regularly with employers to ensure their hiring process is running smoothly through SquarePeg. Responsibilities
Recruiting:

  • Help our clients craft and improve their job posts, and add them to our site
  • Sorting through top matched candidates in the SquarePeg database and identifying top prospects for a job
  • Ensuring each employer has top qualified applicants for each job in their dashboard


Client Success:
  • Communicating with SquarePeg clients on a daily/weekly basis about the state of their applicants and dashboard - via email, zoom, and calls. The key to success in this aspect of the job is building a great rapport with clients and being in constant communication
  • Helping with any client requests
  • Conducting demos of the SquarePeg platform for any new employer users who join
  • Helping set-up and troubleshoot accounts
  • Working to ensure current clients renew their contracts with SquarePeg
  • Communicating on a daily basis with the SquarePeg team (including marketing and CX) about any jobs facing issues so they can adjust their activities

Other:
  • Reporting any app or product improvement ideas to our CEO and engineering team
  • Meet daily with our CX lead who will be communicating with candidates to understand priorities
  • Suggesting operational and workflow improvements
  • Suggesting new technologies and software SquarePeg can use to improve our internal processes
Requirements

  • Some experience in recruiting, HR, and hiring is preferred OR experience in client / account management
  • Extremely strong written and oral communications - you will need to present in front of senior clients and email them regularly
  • Strong organizational skills - you will have to multitask and work on deadlines
  • Great work ethic and a commitment to getting the jobs done
  • Experience working with and learning complex software systems in the past
  • Ability to learn on the job - you will not have a direct manager - you will be expected to own your own work
  • Experience at a startup is preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude - and willing to roll up your sleeves and work on whatever needs to get done to move the business forward
