**ERP Implementation Analyst II**

**REMOTE, anywhere in US**

**Client Industry: Biopharma**

**Direct Hire. Flexible work schedule**

**Competitive total compensation packages (salary plus bonus plus shares)**

No travel during covid-19, after might be 5-20%

We are looking for a Product Implementation Analyst II to support implementations of our LIMS software at some of the world's largest and most innovative biopharmaceutical companies.

Participated in discussions and gathered requirements from clients

Documented requirements in specifications

Worked with developers offshore (India) to communicate requirements

Write and execute test scripts to test new functionality

Provided support for the solution that was delivered to the client by providing training, knowledge transfer, training documents, etc.

Helped with other sales, marketing, and operational needs as they arise

Defined and documented new operating procedures

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 Years of experience in Business Analyses or Technology Implementation or Technology Consulting or functional Analyst in ERP or LIMS or any enterprise-wide custom implementation

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or

Preferred:

Experience in preparing requirements for software customizations and prior client-facing roles

Experience in developing workflows, business rules, technical solutions, and user interface designs

Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical resources
