The cloud-based Ziosk Platform is an omnichannel suite of products that provide safe, secure, contactless dining experiences, operational efficiency and data insights to grow a restaurant's top and bottom line. In 2021, the Ziosk network is poised for rapid growth and we are seeking A+ team members to expand our team in the areas of development, sales and customer service.
Summary
We are immediately seeking a talented Business Development Executive who will share our passion for market differentiation and excellence. The Business Development Executive reports to the Director of Channel and Payments and will have the opportunity to recruit Ziosk Channel Partners or Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) that sell Integrated Point of Sales Solutions along with positioning of the Ziosk Hardware/Software Solution in market. This role has the opportunity for development of new skills and growth inside the company.
Responsibilities
- High ability to execute and continually work in a Sales Hunting Environment
- Ability to have a complex payment / hardware / software ROI conversation with prospects
- Work Closely with Director of Payments to understand the target market for Channel Relationships
- Actively understand the partner landscape and willing to hunt new ISV opportunities
- Work Closely with the Business Development Team on targeting, prospecting, and closing of other team members partner opportunities.
- Actively work a sales pipeline of opportunities for Ziosk Payment Services
- Collaborate with leading Point of Sale Software companies to build recruiting plan for Ziosk
- Understand, communicate, and continue to assist in the evolution of the Ziosk bundled market solution
- Coordinate with Channel Sales Leadership and Channel Sales Managers on facilitation of partner handoffs
- Initiate and participate in on site client visits
- Negotiate partner contracts with a good understanding of financial models and partner ROIs
- Manage the early relationship of the partnerships to insure early adoption of the Ziosk program
- Set appropriate expectations internally and externally keeping the voice of the partner
- Support Tradeshows and assist with the T&E Calendar for all key software partnerships
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree desired
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive with Proven Results
- Direct experience in Channel Sales for software/hardware resellers
- Ability to manage an active pipeline and travel plan
- Proficiency with CRM tool for lead management
- Excellent and Aggressive Negotiation Skills
- Excellent people and internal relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
- Must be able and willing to travel North America and elsewhere as needed - up to 50% travel
- Self-starter, must be able to work with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
