Job description

We are looking for a resourceful individual who can work closely with the Operatix management team to efficiently grow the size of our operational teams in Europe and North America.

Be part of a team that has grown by 1,000% in the past two years and intends to continue in aggressive growth mode in the foreseeable future, our recruitment function is fundamental to enabling this to happen.

The role on offer is an Internal Recruitment Specialist, based in our Dallas office.

Basic salary is between $55-$65,000 plus additional commission on top.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the identification of candidates
  • Undertake initial screening interviews
  • Manage logistics for the interview process with operational management
  • Manage the recruitment process through to close
  • Work closely with the Head of Onboarding to ensure smooth transition of new recruits
  • Deliver & manage recruitment campaigns and attraction aligned to our business demand and recruitment budgets
  • Ensure we have the sourcing and assessment processes to select people based on their capability, behaviours and values regardless of their background
  • Drive continuous development and innovation of recruitment methods, processes, attraction sources and assessment

The skills and experience you'll need to have:
  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Awareness of external market trends and best practice in relation to recruitment strategies and assessment techniques
  • Ability to work with the operational management team to understand their

requirements and implement recruitment programs to deliver results
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centres (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database
  • Good Administration skills to track and manage the recruitment process
  • Work under your own steam, against deadlines, but in a vibrant and constantly moving environment
  • Solid relationship builder at all levels
