Job description

We are looking for an all-around-assistant for our Dallas office that enjoys doing a variety of tasks, not just the same thing day in and day out. We have opportunities in this role for someone to learn and grow with our firm.


The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between offices, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.


  • Order office supplies, breakroom supplies and individual requests
  • Coordinate lunch orders as requested
  • Maintain conference rooms
  • Maintain breakroom and kitchen areas
  • Prepare meeting notes
  • First representative to greet guests to the office
  • Answer phones / Direct calls as needed


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
