Position Overview: We are hiring an experienced outside sales professional to join our rapidly growing company who will excel in cross selling our services within our current client base, as well as generating and closing new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business within our industries
  • Learn the operational processes that set us apart from our competition
  • Generate leads and close new business through various sales strategies and relationships
  • Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
  • Maintain and build new revenue streams within current client base by cross selling
  • Effectively communicate client expectations & personnel needs with our recruiting team
  • Set up introductory meetings to tour facilities & introduce our lead recruiter to the new client
  • Attend industry workshops, social and networking events
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Be a Rockstar


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Outside sales experience
  • Experience in temp., temp-to-hire, & direct hire sales is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
