Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the training and execution of the finance process.
- Sale of all back-end products.
- Procure financing for our customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees.
- Keep all CIT's under 10 days.
- Finance & Warranty source relations.
- Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with our extended warranty company.
- Develop alternative sources for back-end products.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with our GAP insurance provider.
- Meet Finance Manager expectations.
- Maximize all back-end products.

- Assist Sales Manager in the training of Salespeople
- Backup Sales Manager, desking deals and managing the store on his day off and vacations.
- Assist Sales Manager in the recruiting and interviewing of salespeople.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to get things accomplished

- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

- Valid drivers license
Required Education & Experience:
- High school or GED equivalent
- 2 years of Automotive Finance
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
Schedule:
- 5 Day work week
- Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Compensation:
- $75,000 - $110,000 annually

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
