Affiliated Monitoring is seeking a talented and motivated Junior HR Generalist to join the Human Resources department. The Junior HR Generalist will facilitate the operational side of Human Resources of our Houston location as an integral part of our human resources team.

About the Role
In this role you will be the local human resources resource at the organization for our Houston offices, supporting employees as part of a first-class human resources team headquartered in New Jersey.
As the Houston-based member of the human resources team, you will be responsible for coordinating on-campus interviews and recruiting efforts with the support of our recruiting team. You will also be responsible for conducting new hire benefits orientation, managing benefits open enrollments, and coordinating leave requests. This role will also assist in performance management, conduct exit interviews and coordinate talent development and employee communications.

Experience and Education:
