Job Summary:
Cenergy is a leading workforce solutions provider to the Energy, Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas industries worldwide! We are currently seeking an experienced in-house Recruiter with a strong background and focus in fast-paced, high volume contract labor staffing to join our team. This is not an executive search/Corporate Recruiter position . The Recruiter will work closely with our Sales Team to source candidates for open positions/job orders and build relationships with potential candidates. As a key business partner, the Recruiter has full autonomy to find and source candidates for open client positions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible and supervises the full life cycle of recruiting support for various clients and locations including use of a variety of techniques to discover and attract the right talent
- Strategic sourcing from a multiple channels including cold calling, internal database, company social media, specialty user groups, internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates
- Perform resume screening and pre-screening calls effectively and independently
- Work with sense of urgency to fulfil roles for our clients within tight deadlines
- Develop knowledge about our business and client needs
- Lists, update and manage job postings on job boards, social media, company web sites and other possible networking and related resources.
- Obtain job orders and develops ongoing, creative sourcing plans for identifying qualified candidates. Evaluate candidate qualifications using company and client interview standards and negotiate compensation details and pre-closes candidate on position.
- Provide timely progress updates on prospecting and interview activity and deliver well written interview feedback
- Develop and maintains strong business relationships with candidates. Clearly define position requirements, recruiting process to candidates, and provide a timely update on progress to candidates.
- Ensures smooth transition post hire, assessing candidate and client satisfaction.
- Frequently researches and shares new recruiting trends with team.
- Creates and maintains accurate engagement and candidate information in company ATS and proactively updates management with recruiting progress and escalates client issues as needed.
- Complies with and helps enforce standard policies and practices and identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
Experience and Educational Background Description:
· Required: 3-4 years' experience recruiting in a full-cycle environment, including the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
· Strong customer service experience preferred
· Undergraduate degree, preferred
· Experience within high call volume environment and/or customer service call center experience strongly preferred
· Experience placing consultants as well as direct-hire employees, and demonstrates interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ATS applications.
· Business Development/Sales background or orientation a plus.

· Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred)
· Hand/finger agility necessary for sorting papers and typing/computer use

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
