  • This position has a starting base of up to $50,000 annually based on your experience with the opportunity for monthly commissions to earn a target compensation of $75K.



We're Looking for:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred, minimum 1 year with proven success
  • Bachelor's degree preferred




Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to engage & entice great healthcare providers on a new opportunity.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and supervision for a seamless experience from interview to start date.
  • Sell yourself, CSU & the Client to potential healthcare providers to ensure a smooth & successful permanent placement.
  • Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering and negotiating positions, providing support through the credentialing and onboarding process.
