Senior Advisor, HR Business Partner - Sales
Who keeps the Dell Technologies organization robust and resilient? We work in partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy.

What you'll achieve
In this role, you will join a team of HR Business Partners who are responsible for supporting the North America sales business executives . The North America sales organization includes over 6k employees across US and Canada .
As a strategic partner to the North America sales organization, you will play a critical role driving the people, culture and organizational agenda in partnership with our customers. It is the HRBP's mission to keep the organization robust and resilient. In that mission, HR Business Partners will consult and advise with executive leaders on organization design and development in line with our overall business strategy.
You will:
- Help to d eliver end-to-end HR solutions that advance the organization growth plans and further develop our sales talent
- Help d rive company-wide core programs and initiatives including pay planning and rewards, performance management, executive calibration and leadership development
- Coach our Sales executives to create a culture of inclusion and innovation

Essential Requirements
- Excel and Power P oint capability , using data to tell a story.
- 8+ years m anaging a variety of multi-faceted HR programs, including, but not limited to: talent development, compensation planning, retention management, succession planning, company culture development.
- Track record of building trusted partnerships and influencing executives to deliver results
- Program / Project management of core HR programs/initiatives.
