You will be directly involved in creating win-win scenarios by locating talent and connecting them with the top technology and construction firms.

Your Role:

The Recruiter role is focused on developing lasting relationships with low-voltage and electrical talent as they work to position them in opportunities for ongoing career success. Recruiters are involved in identifying and communicating with candidates within or niche' as well as entry-level candidates who are interested in getting started on a new career path. Recruiters use a systematic approach built for success! This is done while developing and nurturing candidate relationships and working alongside our dedicated internal talent acquisition team. They are directly involved in our overall plan, receive ongoing training / development, and work together with our team to execute hiring strategies / objectives.

Responsibilities for the recruiter role include:

· Sourcing / recruiting candidates using various methods including our database, job postings, social media, etc.

· Screening candidates resumes and job applications

· Conducting interviews

· Assessing applicant fit based on overall knowledge, experience, soft skills, etc…

· Involvement in hiring/decision-making process

· Onboarding new employees

· Promoting our industry brand and expertise to potential candidates

· Ongoing Candidate relationship development

Recruiter Background Profile

· Career-Minded, Ambitious, Self-Starter, seeking opportunities to grow and advance in their role

· Eager to learn and apply new skills

· Excellent Communication Skills (Oral / Written)

· General Computer Skills: MS Office (outlook/word/excel/adobe acrobat, etc)

· Prior work experience in any of the following capacities will be considered: Recruiting, staffing, inside sales, outbound sales, customer service, employee onboarding (interviewing, background screening, I9 processing, e-verify, etc.).

· Candidates with previous experience in the low-voltage cabling, alarm, electrical fields who are interested in recruiting will also be considered.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
