We are searching for a strategic, SaaS Senior Recruiter to facilitate our exciting growth goals. Come help us shape the event management industry with great new talent!

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Know the RainFocus employee value proposition and customer value proposition. Confidently sell RainFocus as a dynamic career choice.
• Build talent sourcing strategies for experienced and challenging, senior level roles. Reach out to passive candidates to woo them about RainFocus.
• Contribute thoughtful, creative best practices for candidate development + branding/advertising.
• Guide candidates through the interview process making it a great experience.
• Build solid, working relationships across RainFocus. Hiring managers will view you as a member of their team.
• Use data to illuminate and influence recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software (SaaS) recruiting experience.
• Ability to master those tough to fill roles.
• Demonstration of successfully identifying candidates through LinkedIn, passive outreach, building sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, and other creative methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A quick study of ATS tools (we use Lever).
• The right balance of process adherence + creative problem solving.
• Organized and attentive to detail, quick to follow-up.
• Balancing quantitative and qualitative input/output.

Bonus Skills

• Experience hiring for a software company including client facing consulting roles.
• International recruiting experience is a plus but not required.

Success Measures

• Positive hiring manager feedback about understanding the open positions, speed of response, and customer service.
• Strong, working relationships with the HR team and provide support wherever needed.
• Ensure positive candidate feedback throughout the entire interview process.
• Hiring quality candidates to join RainFocus.
• Embodiment of RainFocus core values.

Location/Travel

• This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. The candidate must be willing to interview international candidates outside of normal business hours as needed. There will be almost no travel.
