Resolution planning is a recently created function driven by the need to ensure that Freddie Mac has a creditable plan to maintain critical business operations and services should the firm experience severe financial stress. FHFA requires Freddie Mac to establish a resolution plan, and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the build out phase.
