This position is responsible for the capture, collection and translation
of business needs into business requirements from all stakeholders. This position will also analyze and report
on all sourcing related data to include sourcing metrics, cost analysis, market trends and findings etc. This
position will function as technical scribe during critical RFP evaluations, negotiations, cross-functional
requirements building activities etc. This position will develop and implement processes, policies and tools to
manage and ensure consistency in the management of RFP requirements, sourcing documents and
stakeholder management across all service towers and promote continuity of operations. This position will
also be responsible for the coordination of all sourcing related activities. This position will work
collaboratively with the platform sourcing specialist, commercial contract managers, *** service owners and
financial representatives to ensure consistent requirements documentation and management across service
towers.

Significant experience in data analysis, report writing, requirements development and management, knowledge of and skilled in project management, process and workflow development; ability to work independently with limited supervision; ability to work with all levels of staff and the general public; ability to communicate effectively in both orally and in written form;
Bachelors degree, preferably in business, information systems or related field preferred or a combination of training and experience may substitute for college degree. Experience in IT goods and services is beneficial.
