Job description
**Description:**
•Provide the pick list to the warehouse team so materials can be picked 24 hours in advance for the mogul department. Pick material for production department.
•Issue materials in the system that have been scanned to either the job or WIP location to the current job that is on the production schedule and close the job when completed.
•Communicate excessive inventory that has been used to support a production schedule so we can problem solve and put corrective actions in place. Prep for first shift before leaving and ensuring material is returned prior to end of shift.
•Support the warehouse manager when material handlers are not following the FIFO requirements when picking materials for the use of the required bill of material.
•Support cycle counts initiated by Warehouse Manager
•Assist in both shipping and receiving department
•Prep material to be shipped
•Load trucks with shipments if they arrive later in the day
•Assist with inventory control during 2nd shift
•Assist with receiving material into the system
•Ensuring material is accurately recorded and returned to general stock.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of one year in a warehouse environment
•Basic computer skills, MS Excel, Word, & Outlook
•Strong time management skills
•Ability to work independently
•Operating sit-down forklift and maintaining requirements for certification and safety requirements
