CACI is currently seeking an experienced University Programs Specialist to join our CACI Talent Acquisition team in Reston, VA. The University Programs Specialist will report to our University Programs Manager and engage and contribute ideas to be the best-in-class in collegiate recruiting, as well as employment brand development. What You'll Get to Do:

  • Represent CACI and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidates
  • Act as brand ambassador at universities and events by managing internal and external relationships with target universities, key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations
  • Constantly evaluate and develop new processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the university partnership and the student experience as well as administer the application of best practices across partnerships
  • Development of University Programs training and education collateral
  • Partner with our University Programs Manager to support and lead CACI's Intern Program; measure and drive conversion rates of interns to full-time-hires
  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target university candidate pools of top talent
  • Organize and plan secondary and post-secondary education events (i.e., career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, mixers, and other sponsored company events, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on campus metrics to develop new and innovative recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth
  • Work with the existing marketing, university, and social media teams to enhance our brand and presence within targeted social media outlets
  • Coordinate and attend campus site visits, job fairs, speaking events and any other college student events
  • Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requested
  • Travel to colleges and institutions, as necessary and appropriate.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources with an emphasis on University Recruiting
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Experience cultivating relationships and consultation skills through collaborative engagements with peers, external stakeholders, and candidates
  • Experience coaching and leading teammates
  • Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and develop data-driven solutions
  • Understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP Federal compliance
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience providing training and presentations to internal customers
  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)


These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience Workday Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Diversity Recruiting and leading/supporting outreach strategy
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment
  • Knowledge of higher education industry, including current climate and emerging trends

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
